The aim of the construction work is the reorganization of the existing office building with its neighbourhood into a representative ambience of a renowned motor manufacturing firm. The showroom for sport limousines emerges from the former office areas in the ground floor, two customer lounges and the adjoining zones are related next.
The new facade, covering the whole office building, presents itself striking, obvious and clear. The curtain steel construction forms the bearing structure, the textile tapestry nearly covers the whole building front. A horizontal joint structures the surface. The facade frames the portal of the showroom in the ground floor and attracts the presentation area in the interior. The textile tapestry in the south-west cares for anti-dazzle and sun device in the office rooms in the upper floors. The design of the fore zone and the appertaining outdoor areas complete the branding standard of the manufacturing firm. The approach road on the areal of the motor firm has been adapted in an adequate way.
